“We recently hired Elevens Kinetic Provisions to cater our local wedding, and we are so glad that we did! Planning the menu details was such a creative process that I truly enjoyed, with Ashley being very accommodating to dietary restrictions for both myself and our guests. She provided some unique and inspirational sample menus that included plant-based options, a crucial detail for me. Her advice and knowledge on food pairings and tasty seasonal dishes was definitely appreciated. Communication was always clear and efficient whether by phone or email, and my husband and I also enjoyed meeting with Ashley in-person since we live nearby. I think she was as excited to cater our wedding as we were to have her and her team cater!

Come time for the wedding day, every catering detail was arranged and organized; the execution was flawless. Elevens had arranged for the delivery of all rentals and non-alchoholic beverages, provided bartending services, and sourced our desserts - a selection of pies that was perfect for our autumn wedding. All staff members were professional, and Ashley herself made sure to approach me during cocktail hour to make sure that I was able to try the appetizers! We decided on a mostly vegan, mostly gluten-free menu featuring local and seasonal produce. Even with the buffet option the presentation was beautiful, the food was flavorful and so satisfying. I had been warned by many that my husband and I could be so wrapped up in socializing during dinner that we might not even have the opportunity to eat, but we just couldn’t pass up our delicious meals and savored every last bite!

What made our experience with Elevens special was the attention to detail and the quality of both the food and service. It was important to us to incorporate as much locally-sourced, plant-based food as possible and Elevens definitely delivered! We heard nothing but great things from our guests about their opinions of the food as well. We would highly recommend Elevens Kinetic Provisions as a catering service for any event.

“Ashley and Elevens are just wonderful — fun, creative and flexible. Ashley helped our family host a college reunion supper on an island in Squam, which was no easy task. The food was perfect picnic fare, presented in stylish boxes complete with blue bows. She not only managed to make s’mores available for a fireside dessert (including roasting sticks for all), but she also remembered to provide extra trash bags for clean-up — which, of course, I had forgotten to bring! In our initial consultation, we perused Ashley’s menus and discussed what I had in mind. After the consultation, it was clear that Ashley understood me and my vision for the party, and I put my complete trust in her. She delivered a gorgeous display of tasty hors d’oeuvres and side salads as we had discussed. The presentation was stunning, accented with flowers from her garden. My guests and I were completely delighted. While we ate dessert, Ashley’s efficient helper put food away and cleaned the kitchen so all the work was done. It was the best party I’ve ever thrown, and I would definitely use Ashley again for any celebration I am hosting. In fact, I did use her again for a cocktail party last summer, this time just to provide the food since it was for an appetizer buffet. She delivered delicious dips and prepared veggies, grilled shrimp with cilantro and chipotle sauces, a varied array of perfectly ripe cheeses and some gorgeous homemade sushi rolls.
