Self-taught chef and owner Ashley Bullard purchased a food truck on a whim in 2014. Inspired by her love of cooking, and feeding people, Ms. Bullard began creating menus full of foraged delicacies, locally sourced produce, meats, and dairy. In five years, her reputation for creating inspired food grew beyond the farmers’ markets where she started. Elevens traveled throughout the region, serving food at local breweries, barn venues, festivals, fairs, and more.

After years of operating the food truck soley, requests for catering and special event chef services inspired Ms. Bullard to create Elevens Kinetic Provisions. This new business model encompasses continued food truck service with the addition of a fully-insured and staffed catering operation. Elevens Kinetic Provisions now provides catering services, and full event coordination, day-of coordination, rentals, bar service and more, for events of up to 300 guests in the Lakes and White Mountain Regions. Ms. Bullard and her staff have developed a reputation with local venues (think barn weddings!) and clients alike, for their gorgeous presentation, delicious meals, and professional competence.

Ms. Bullard has committed to sourcing as responibly as possible, having deep rooted relationships with the many small farmers and producers in the area. Elevens uses the freshest ingredients to ensure the most fresh and clear flavors of the area and the season.
